Dean Delisle
Chief Revenue Officer
Dean DeLisle is the Chief Revenue Officer of Regiment Securities. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1982, working in building operations at the Chicago Board of Trade at just 20 years old. With an extensive background in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings, Dean leads the firm’s capital raising and demand generation efforts. Over the past 35 years, he has raised over $2.5 billion for clients, played a key role in five IPOs, and is widely recognized for his expertise in investor education, capital raising, and demand generation. He is also the founder of Forward Progress, a Chicago-based investor acquisition marketing firm established 24 years ago, which consistently raises an average of $50 million per month. Known for his integrity and commitment to service, Dean values building strong relationships and supporting those in need. Based in Chicago, he enjoys spending time with his family—including training in the dojo, where he and his son have both earned 3rd-degree black belts in Tae Kwon Do. Catherine (O'Connor) Buxton
Director of Marketing
Catherine “Cat” O’Connor is our Director of Marketing with extensive experience in capital formation, and retail capital raises, including Regulation D 506(c) offerings. She specializes in working with high-growth private companies across sectors such as real estate, modular construction, and alternative investments.
